The GSB Seva Mandal in Mumbai is set to host its 72nd Maha Ganapati festival, scheduled to take place between September 14 and 18. To ensure the safety of visitors and protect its valuables, the organization has obtained an insurance policy worth ₹703.27 crore. Dr. Bhujang Pai, the event convenor, noted that the deity is decorated with more than 66 kg of gold jewelry, along with 335 kg of silver and various precious stones.
