Erasto Crisanto Valdez, a 31-year-old fisherman from Mexico, has been rescued after surviving for two weeks without food inside an underwater cave reaching 328 feet deep. The man had gone missing during a fishing trip. Search teams located him within an air pocket that kept him safe from the water and allowed him to breathe. Investigators were able to track him down after discovering the fishing harpoon he had with him when he first went missing.
