Prithvi Sanghani, an aerospace engineer hailing from a farming household in Jamnagar, Gujarat, played a key role as the Control System Lead for the autopilot mechanism of Vikram-1, which is India's inaugural privately built orbital rocket. Following her Master's degree in Missile Technology from Pune, she held a position as a Project Engineer at DRDO. Currently, women make up approximately 30 of the 100-member engineering team at Skyroot Aerospace.
