Maratha quota protest: Manoj Jarange's health declines on 11th day of fast

Due to complications with his blood pressure, he has been given IV fluids. Jarange has issued a September 12 deadline and is pushing for Kunbi caste certificates to be issued to qualifying Maratha community members.
