Manchester City have completed the signing of Argentine midfielder Enzo Fernández from Chelsea for £125 million (₹1,600 crore), matching the record for a British transfer. The 25-year-old has committed to a five-year deal with the club. Fernández had originally moved to Chelsea from Benfica in 2023 for a fee of approximately £106.7 million. He is now the first player in football history to be involved in two separate transfers worth more than £100 million.
