Honasa Consumer, the company behind Mamaearth, has scrapped its planned purchase of a 58% stake in the nutraceutical firm Fluence Pharma, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday. The company stated that the agreement was terminated because the necessary closing conditions were not met. Honasa had initially revealed its intention to acquire the stake back in June.
