Maharashtra: 2.3 crore litres of fake milk produced using detergent and palm oil seized
Authorities from the police and the Food and Drug Administration have busted a large-scale operation involving synthetic milk in Maharashtra. According to an NDTV report, officials believe that more than 2.3 crore litres of tainted milk were distributed in the market over the last half-year.
