Ludhiana resident files complaint with rights body against LIT plot auction rules
A local resident has filed a complaint with the Punjab Human Rights Commission, accusing the Ludhiana Improvement Trust (LIT) of bias in its residential plot allotment process. The complainant, Ashish Chhabra, claims that while some buyers had their top bids accepted, other highest bidders (L-1) were unfairly rejected. Chhabra stated that he has been struggling for months to get a resolution to this issue.
