Longtime Xbox VP and Backward Compatibility creator let go by Microsoft
Kevin LaChapelle, a Vice President at Xbox, is among the 4,800 employees recently laid off by the company. During his 37-year tenure at Microsoft, he played a key role in developing the Backward Compatibility program, widely considered one of the most popular features on Xbox consoles.
