LandSpace successfully lands rocket booster, matching SpaceX and Blue Origin in reusable technology
On Wednesday, Chinese firm LandSpace achieved a milestone by recovering the first stage of its Zhuque-3 rocket. This feat makes it one of the few private enterprises, alongside SpaceX and Blue Origin, to successfully land an orbital-class booster. The 66.1-meter vehicle launched from a site in northwest China, with the booster touching down 390 kilometers away from the launch area. LandSpace intends to utilize the Zhuque-3 booster for as many as 20 future flights.
