Ketan's father writes to President, urges against letting murder case turn into 'just another file'

In his message, he pleaded, "Please don’t let my son’s case become just another file." Ketan was reportedly pushed into a gorge at Lohagad Fort in Pune, an act allegedly committed by his fiancée, Siya Goyal, and her partner, Chetan Chaudhary.
