Kerala to award ₹50 lakh to Asian Games gold medallists, ₹1 lakh to all participants
The Kerala government has declared cash prizes for state athletes competing in the 2026 Asian Games, offering ₹50 lakh for gold medal winners. Silver and bronze medal achievers will receive ₹30 lakh and ₹20 lakh, respectively. Additionally, every participant representing Kerala will be given an advance of ₹1 lakh. The state will also reward coaches, providing incentives of ₹5 lakh for gold, ₹3 lakh for silver, and ₹2 lakh for bronze medals.
