Karnataka tops India's software export charts with 41% contribution
According to a PTI report, Karnataka has secured the top spot among all Indian states by contributing 41% to the nation's total software exports. The state also maintained its national lead by accounting for 24% of India's overall exports. Regarding merchandise exports, Karnataka holds the fourth position with a 7.78% share, trailing behind Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu. These statistics were presented during a meeting of the State Level Export Promotion Committee.
