Jindal Steel CEO steps down after nine months; replacement unannounced
Gautam Malhotra, the CEO of Jindal Steel, has stepped down from his position due to personal reasons, according to a report by Mint. Malhotra, who had been in the role for only nine months, will officially depart on July 15. The firm has yet to reveal who will replace him. Reports suggest that Rajiv Kumar, the former CEO of Vedanta Aluminium, is the frontrunner to fill the vacancy.
