External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has reiterated his stance that the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war cannot be resolved simply by deciding whether or not to purchase Russian oil. While speaking to a Polish reporter in Warsaw, Jaishankar stated, "Let's diagnose the problem correctly. This conflict has gone on for five years. It will not be stopped by someone not buying oil. It will end with diplomacy."
