Jaguar Land Rover to cut 4,000 jobs worldwide

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), the UK's largest automobile manufacturer and a subsidiary of Tata Group, has announced intentions to eliminate approximately 4,000 positions across its global operations. JLR CEO PB Balaji remarked, "The automotive industry faces significant challenges...amidst intense competition and ongoing geopolitical uncertainty." He further added, "As part of this transformation, we will reduce our global workforce by around 4,000 roles over the next two years."
