ITC Infotech to acquire 22.1% stake in Happiest Minds for ₹1,330 crore
Happiest Minds Technologies is set to merge with ITC Infotech India. As part of the agreement, founder Ashok Soota and Ashok Soota Medical Research LLP are offloading a 22.1% stake to ITC Infotech in a transaction valued at ₹1,329.72 crore. The promoter group is offloading 3.366 crore shares, which accounts for 22.106% of the firm's total paid-up equity. This acquisition will be finalized across two separate stages.
