Iran may attempt to replicate technology from seized American underwater drone
According to a Reuters report, Iran might try to reverse-engineer the US-manufactured uncrewed underwater vehicle it recently seized. By gaining access to the craft, Iranian experts could study its navigation tech, sensors, hull structure, battery systems, and propulsion. This information might then be used to enhance Iran's own underwater drone projects. The drone was intercepted while on an active mission close to the Strait of Hormuz.
