Iran denies seeking talks with Trump, warns of retaliation for violations
Following US President Donald Trump's declaration that the ceasefire with Iran is "over," Tehran has cautioned the US that any failure to uphold commitments will result in "reciprocal actions." Iran clarified, "We did not ask for negotiations with the US... we only agreed to a visit by Qatari mediators to Iran." Iran's lead negotiator, MB Ghalibaf, emphasized that the standoff with the US will not be resolved by bowing to American demands or pressure.
