A 21-year-old individual, said to be struggling with drug addiction, was taken into custody following an unauthorized entry into the official residence of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. The intruder was caught and questioned by the Special Security Group (SSG), the elite unit tasked with the security of the CM and his kin, before being turned over to the police for deeper investigation. At the time of the incident, Abdullah was away in Delhi.
