Info Edge to acquire full ownership of Coding Ninjas
Naukri's parent firm, Info Edge, has given the green light to purchase the leftover 45.36% share in Coding Ninjas from the startup's founders for a total of ₹39.91 crore. The company's board sanctioned this transaction on July 6. Upon the finalization of this deal, Info Edge will hold 100% ownership of Coding Ninjas, a platform that provides professional upskilling and coding programs online.
