Indian startup investments fall 84% to $165.8 million
Data from Tracxn shows that investment in Indian startups plummeted by roughly 84% to $165.8 million over 22 funding rounds between June 26 and July 2. This drop comes after the prior week saw $1.03 billion in capital raised, largely driven by a massive funding round from CRED. Even though the total dollar amount decreased, the actual volume of startup deals saw an uptick compared to the previous week.
