RSKS India has called upon the UN Human Rights Council to initiate an impartial probe regarding human rights abuses occurring in Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir. During the session, representative Yash Kashyap pointed to the deaths of nearly 90 civilians following conflicts that began in June 2026. He further pressed for the UN to be granted unhindered access to the area, while also emphasizing the need for witness security and justice for those affected by these civilian rights violations.
