India shared its position on Teesta project with Bangladesh, says MEA
On Friday, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal stated that India has communicated its perspective regarding the Teesta River project to the Bangladeshi government. He explained that India’s development aid follows a shared road map that undergoes frequent reviews. Jaiswal further noted that New Delhi will take all relevant aspects into account while managing the Teesta matter, especially in light of the ongoing collaboration between Bangladesh and China.
