Officials also confiscated 8.7 tonnes of cream, 1,200 litres of palm oil, 600 litres of vanaspati, and 30 kg of starch, noting that the ghee contained between 10% and 40% artificial additives. Despite these impurities, the items were being sold in packaging labeled as 100% pure ghee.
