The updated plan consists of a fresh issue of shares valued at ₹600 crore, while the promoters' offer-for-sale (OFS) portion remains steady at ₹400 crore. Previously, the firm intended to raise ₹1,200 crore, which was set to include ₹800 crore in new shares alongside the ₹400 crore OFS.
