Helen Dawngliani named as second Mizo woman judge for Gauhati HC
The Supreme Court Collegium has cleared the appointment of Mizoram judicial officer Helen Dawngliani, making her the second woman from Mizoram to be appointed as a judge at the Gauhati High Court.
