The bank stated that the admitted claim represented just 3.2% of the total amount mentioned. HDFC Bank noted that it had opposed the resolution, which was ultimately passed by the majority. Under the current settlement agreement, Chandra is obligated to pay creditors a total of ₹6.5 crore.
