According to a CNBC-TV18 report, HDFC Bank's board is weighing former SBI Chairman Dinesh Kumar Khara as a potential successor to current MD & CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan. The bank is also looking at other managing directors from SBI, valuing their expertise in managing large-scale financial institutions. Additionally, HDFC Bank's Deputy MD Kaizad Bharucha is also under consideration for the position.
