Shares of Happiest Minds Technologies saw a decline of up to 12.2% on Tuesday following the news of a merger with ITC Infotech. The stock began trading at ₹407.50, staying close to its last closing price of ₹407.15, before sliding to a low of ₹360.90 during the session on the BSE. As part of the deal, founder Ashok Soota and his company are set to offload a 22.1% stake to ITC Infotech in a transaction valued at ₹1,329.72 crore.
