Hacker alleges theft of 3.6 million employee records from major firms
A cybercriminal operating under the name "TheHatman" asserts that they have accessed 3.64 million Microsoft Azure employee files belonging to several Fortune 500 corporations. The reported security incidents allegedly impacted companies such as Gap Inc., Vodafone, HCLTech, TCS, and McDonald's. Both HCLTech and TCS have since stated that they have found no proof of a current system compromise, noting that the information in question seems to be outdated.
