Govt updates subsidy rules, excludes ministers and officials from NHB schemes

The new criteria now include the applicant's spouse, parents, and children. Additionally, the government has declared that current ministers, MPs, MLAs, mayors, and government staff are no longer eligible for financial aid under National Horticulture Board (NHB) programs.
