Govt says 'Satluj' broke IT rules by releasing without certification
Following the removal of Diljit Dosanjh's movie 'Satluj' from ZEE5 just two days post-launch, the I&B Ministry has stated that the film was made available without finishing the mandatory certification steps for theatrical viewing, as reported by ANI. According to officials, the release breached the 2021 IT Rules. They further noted that the producers failed to obtain the necessary clearance prior to the film's debut.
