Germany saw more than 8,000 antisemitic incidents in 2025, report finds
A report from J7 revealed that Germany documented 8,725 instances of antisemitism, or discrimination against Jewish individuals, throughout 2025. The organization examined Jewish populations across Argentina, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the UK, and the US, which collectively house more than 90% of the world's Jewish population living outside of Israel. While Germany recorded the largest volume of incidents, the most lethal event occurred during a mass shooting in the vicinity of Bondi Beach in Australia.
