Gartner: 22% of CHROs are hiring fewer entry-level staff due to AI

According to a survey by Gartner, 22% of Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) stated that their companies have scaled back on hiring entry-level employees as a result of AI automation. Although 95% of firms have integrated AI, just one out of every five reports seeing meaningful business results. Gartner cautions companies against cutting graduate recruitment, suggesting instead that they should restructure entry-level positions and improve internal training programs.
