FSSAI finds pests and expired items at Delhi luxury hotels hosting BRICS delegates
The FSSAI has launched an investigation into Andaz Delhi and JW Marriott New Delhi, both situated in Aerocity, following the discovery of flies, cockroaches, outdated food products, and cooling system malfunctions. During the checks at these five-star properties, which are slated to accommodate BRICS attendees, officials noted poor separation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items alongside improper food handling procedures. Specifically, the Andaz hotel was found to be in possession of 87 kilograms of expired confectionery.
