Founder contrasts Indian and Norwegian work ethics, notes lack of work-life balance
Dr. Ritesh Malik, an entrepreneur, drew parallels between the 7.5-hour workday in Norway and the professional environment in India. He suggested that India's culture of exhaustion is a byproduct of its large population rather than a coincidence. Malik noted that the current landscape offers far more opportunities than it did two decades ago, making 80-hour work weeks redundant. He remarked, "In India, there's a whole generation that knows how to work. But we forgot to teach them how to live."
