Fire at Indonesian market leaves 6 children dead, 40 buildings destroyed
A total of 11 individuals, among them six children, lost their lives when a fire engulfed a marketplace in the Central Papua province of Indonesia on Monday. The inferno ignited just past midnight in Paniai and raged for more than three hours, leveling at least 40 homes and stalls. Officials have not yet identified what triggered the blaze.
