A pair of toddler twins from the Philippines have recovered following successful living donor liver transplants at a medical facility in Delhi. The 23-month-old brothers suffered from liver failure brought on by a rare congenital condition known as Choledochal Cyst Type IVA. To save the children, their mother provided a portion of her liver for one twin, and their maternal uncle served as the donor for the other.
