Family in US reunited with dog lost for 5 years and found 1,000 km away
A dog that went missing in the US has finally been returned to his family after five years, having been discovered 1,000 km from his home. The owners found their pet, named Chong, through a Facebook page. Someone else had microchipped the dog, but they reached out to an animal shelter to reclaim him. Although the family had adopted another dog in the meantime, they never gave up hope of finding Chong.
