Bengaluru-based deeptech company Enlife Research has successfully raised ₹6 crore in a seed funding round. The startup plans to use these funds to create an AI-based blood test capable of identifying Alzheimer's disease up to 15 years before symptoms appear. Enlife intends to grow its research staff and collaborate with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and the Centre for Brain Research (CBR) in Bengaluru. According to the company, the goal is to offer an accessible, non-invasive diagnostic tool that utilizes artificial intelligence to enhance the availability of dementia screening across India.
