Empty lifeboat discovered three days after cargo vessel sinks off Indian coast
Three days after the Panama-registered cargo ship Ocean Winner went down near the Odisha shoreline, authorities have located an empty lifeboat and an emergency signal device belonging to the vessel. Out of the 24 crew members, primarily Chinese nationals, only two have been rescued to date. Search and rescue operations are currently being expanded with the deployment of extra naval vessels and aircraft.
