EFC grows Pune footprint by adding 2,000-plus seats
Shares of EFC (I) dipped 1.46 per cent to ₹177.30 following the company's decision to lease a 95,897 sq. ft. A+ grade property in Pune for a five-year term. This new space is expected to generate over ₹70 crore in revenue and will provide capacity for more than 2,000 additional seats. EFC is actively scaling its operations across its managed office, furniture manufacturing, and Design & Build segments.
