Online marketplace eBay has reached a settlement to pay $46.15 million, approximately ₹440 crore, to a couple in the US who were targeted by former staff members after writing critical remarks about the firm in their newsletter. The victims were subjected to a cyberstalking operation that included receiving deliveries of live cockroaches, fly larvae, and a gory pig mask. Seven individuals previously employed by the company have also received prison sentences of up to 57 months.
