The Reserve Bank of India has fixed the early redemption rate at ₹15,295 for the Sovereign Gold Bond 2021-22 Series V, which was originally launched on August 17, 2021. Investors who opted for the online discounted rate of ₹4,740 are looking at an absolute capital gain of roughly 223%. Meanwhile, those who purchased their bonds through offline channels at ₹4,790 will realize an absolute return of approximately 219%.
