Dell introduces uDaan initiative to upskill 23,000 young people
Dell Technologies has introduced uDaan, a nationwide skill-building and innovation project aimed at preparing 23,000 young individuals for professional roles in electronics manufacturing, cloud computing, and AI. This initiative is being executed by a partnership involving Generation India Foundation, Learning Links Foundation, and FITT-IIT Delhi. The project will monitor job placement and long-term retention rates at the 3, 6, 12, and 24-month marks.
