Delhi to halt construction work from Dec 10 to Jan 20 to fight pollution
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced that all construction projects in the capital will be strictly prohibited between December 10 and January 20 to help manage winter air quality. She urged the public to report any rule-breaking to the MCD, their local MLA, or to her personally. Gupta noted that certain locations had ignored construction bans during the previous winter's GRAP enforcement.
