Delhi resident booked for faking PMO official role to secure AIIMS admissions
The CBI has filed an FIR against Ravi Kant Sharma, a resident of Delhi, for pretending to be an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Prime Minister to facilitate hospital admissions at AIIMS. It is alleged that he reached out to AIIMS officials to ensure people received priority treatment and admission. Following a formal complaint from the Assistant Director of the PMO, the CBI has charged Sharma with cheating and other related offenses.
