Delhi Police informs Supreme Court it is dropping 13 FIRs linked to CJP-led NEET demonstration
The Delhi Police has informed the Supreme Court that it intends to drop 13 FIRs connected to the NEET protests organized by the Cockroach Janta Party at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. This development follows the Centre's request to dismiss the cases registered against the demonstrators. According to reports, the police stated that new FIRs will only be filed against 2,873 individuals who have significant criminal backgrounds and were identified as being present at the protest locations.
