Delhi-NCR gangrape: Bus involved had 11 unpaid traffic fines

Seven of these penalties were recorded just this July. The violations include operating without a permit, missing retroreflective tape, and exceeding speed limits. It is alleged that the vehicle featured thick curtains on the windows, which blocked any view into the passenger area from the outside.
